Numbers keep growing
(Written by kencraw)
I was reviewing my viewing statistics and realized that sometime early last week, EMFMV’s blog crossed the 100k view boundary since we came into being in August of 2007.
Also, for the whole website (including the pick’em and other stuff), 2008 was the first 1 million hit year. (Hit’s being different than views (a view will include a bunch of hits).) So the numbers keep going upward!
In any case, the reason I bring this up is because I wanted to say thanks to everyone who reads and keep the comments and thoughts coming. I just came to an arrangement with the BearTerritory.net folks to cover the away games again next year and am looking forward to another good year of blogging and reporting.

Congratulations! The Bowen Family in Davis appreciate your articulate and insightful comments about the Bears. Keep up the good work!

I just discovered the Websight and I find it excellent. Keep up the good work, and I hope you are making a buck or two for your good work.

Hey Ken, love the blog, I wish you’d post more!
One thing I think you should do to attract more readership is zazz up the name. “Excuse Me For My Voice”, though we all know it as part of Starkey’s famous The Play call, when you take two steps back, sounds like something someone might say to whomever is playing devil’s advocate on Oprah.
I think you should change the name to something more mighty, like His Captaincy Sir Ken Crawford’s Thunderous Tome of Golden Bear Righteous Fortitude, or HCSKCTToGBRF for short.
Eh? Ehhhhh? Yeah I thought you’d like it!
All the best,
Spazzy

Congratulations Ken. Continue to enjoy the blog.
But I shall pose a question. Your blog’s readership increases in the same year that BearswithFangs starts up and links your site. Coincidence? Surely, I think not. 🙂
