2007 is the 25th Anniversary!
The Play is of course the greatest play in college football history. This year marks the 25th Anniversary. There hasn't been a good diagram T-Shirt in a while and I've wanted one for myself. With the advent of CafePress.com and it's competitors, it's now easy to make a single shirt and print it. They're not quite as good as a true silk-screen, but they're darned close.
I haven't yet finished the graphics for the shirt, but I will be shortly. My goal is to make my shirt for myself before the Tennessee game. Since I'll be making a shirt for myself, I don't mind making it available for others. Of course I'll make sure the shirt is worth buying before I give others a link to buy it themselves. It's bad enough if I waste money myself. It's far worse if I induce others to.
You'll notice that I have a survey on the sidebar to see how much interest there is in the shirt. The reason for this is that it would be a lot cheaper and we'd get better shirts if I did a real silk-screen print in bulk. If there are 40 or 50 people out there who would be interested, I'll do a silk-screen run. The goal here is not to make money, just to design a good shirt that others will like. I'd take great pride in seeing others at Memorial stadium wearing a shirt I designed. If you would be interested, please fill out the survey on the sidebar.
