		<description>Ken, can you email me?  I converted the pdf to a searchable pdf using the character recognition tool in Acrobat 8.0.  Makes it much easier to analyze when you can search for specific terms.  I&#039;ll send it to you. 

OR, do you have the ability to do this yourself?... its under the menu &quot;Document&gt;&gt;Recognize Text using OCR&quot;
